RETURNS

We stand behind the quality of our work and the materials we use, and we want our customers to be 100% satisfied with their purchase. If for any reason you are not completely satisfied with your purchase click here to start your return or store credit.  

TERMS & CONDITIONS

Our return policy lasts 15 days from the date your order was delivered to you. If 15 days have gone by since the delivery date and your return has not been mailed out within that time frame, unfortunately we can’t offer you a refund or exchange. This policy applies only to your order of ready-made items existing in stock. For custom-made items handcrafted to your requirements, all sales are final and returns are not accepted unless the custom-made items are deemed defective. In this case we will repair or replace the item/s within 15 days after receiving your notice. This warranty applies only to manufacturing or shipping defects. Damages incurred by improper use, mishandling or normal wear-and-tear are not under warranty. 

To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in new/resalable condition, the same condition that you received it in. It must also be in the original packaging (box, gift bag, foam pouch, brand tags, and protective bubble wrap). Any item not in its original condition, damaged or with missing parts or tags for reasons not due to our error, and any items that are returned more than 15 days after delivery will not be accepted for return. Your purchase will not be refunded and it will be mailed back to you.

ALTERATIONS

If alterations of any kind are requested for a ready-made item existing in stock, for example: adding an extension or shortening a necklace or a bracelet, changing the length of earrings to shorter or longer, requesting a different color, adding or removing components, etc., the pieces are considered custom-made to your requirements and not returnable (see paragraph above).   

RESTOCKING FEES

Effective June 1, 2025

We understand the importance of finding the perfect piece for your special day, and we’re happy to offer returns for eligible items. However, due to the nature of our products and the high volume of returns made with the intent to "try and decide," we’ve implemented a tiered restocking fee policy to help cover the operational costs associated with processing returns.

Restocking Fee Structure

All eligible returns received after June 1, 2025, will be subject to a restocking fee based on the number of items returned:

  • 1 item returned: 10% restocking fee (per item)

  • 2–3 items returned: 15% restocking fee (per item)

  • 3-4 items returned: 20% restocking fee (per item)

  • 5 or more items returned: 25% restocking fee (per item)

Restocking fees are calculated based on the original purchase price of each item and will be deducted from your refund.

Exemptions

  • Defective or damaged items: If you receive an item that is damaged or defective, please contact us within 3 days of delivery. These items are not subject to a restocking fee and will be replaced at no additional cost. 

Late Returns

Late returns that arrive after the 15 days time frame, and items that are not returned in their original packaging, or with tags missing, or with obvious signs of wear, will not be accepted for return. Your purchase will not be refunded and it will be mailed back to you.

REFUNDS

Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.

If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within 3-4 business days.

EXCHANGES

We only replace items if they are defective or damaged during transit. If you need to exchange it for the same item, send us an email at returns@adorabysimona.com and mail your item to the address below.

RETURN SHIPPING LABEL COSTS

With the exception of the situation where the items are deemed defective, you will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. Please consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance as a guarantee that we will receive your returned item.
