Shipping policy
SHIPPING
Shipping is generally handled within 1-2 days of receiving your order for items existing in stock, or the term that we agreed upon when discussing your special order. If for some reason it will take longer to ship, we will contact you with details. Orders received on Fridays will be processed and shipped the following Monday unless that Monday is a federal holiday, in which case they will be shipped on Tuesday. Delivery is usually within 5-7 business days for regular mail, 3-4 business days for priority mail, and 2-3 days for expedited mail, as outlined by the shipping carriers. Most of our orders are shipped via USPS, and expedited orders are shipped via UPS. If you have any time constraints and wish your order to get to you before a specific deadline, please contact us prior to placing your order and we'll work together to process and ship your order so that you will receive it on time.
CARRIER DELAYS
Once your package leaves our facility, it is in the hands of the carrier. We are not responsible for delays in delivery caused by USPS, UPS, FedEx, or any other shipping providers, including delays due to weather, natural disasters, labor disputes, holidays, or other unforeseen circumstances.
LOST OR STOLEN PACKAGES
We are not liable for lost or stolen packages marked as delivered by the carrier. If your package is lost or missing after being marked as delivered, you must contact the shipping carrier directly to file a claim.
TRACKING AND NOTIFICATIONS
A tracking number will be provided once your order ships. We encourage customers to track their shipments and reach out to the carrier directly for updates once the package has left our facility.
SHIPPING ADDRESS
We ship to the address listed in the order. It is the Buyer’s responsibility to make sure the address is correct. We will not be responsible for delays or lost packages if the original address was not correct. Any additional shipping charges that may be required will also be the Buyer's responsibility.
GIFTS
If you are purchasing an item as a gift, please contact us and we will ship to a different address upon request.
INTERNATIONAL SHIPPING
All Custom Fees, Duties and VAT applicable at the entry into the destination country are the Responsibility of the Buyer.
RETURN POLICY
Returns are accepted within 15 days of receiving your order. Please contact us and let us know the reason for return, do not return any items without prior notification. A full refund will be issued to you as soon as we receive the item being returned. To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging. Any item not in its original condition, damaged or with missing parts for reasons not due to our error and any items that are returned more than 15 days after delivery will not be accepted for return and your purchase will not be refunded. All return shipping fees are the responsibility of the Buyer as outlined in the Refund Policy above.
